You can use the plugin 'Share-on-facebook' .

PHP 5.x is required.
Requires WordPress Version: 2.0 or higher
Compatible up to: 2.9.2
1. Install from your wordpress admin
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' page in WordPress.
3. Go to 'Settings->Share on Facebook' in your admin interface to select your options.
